Every problem is a product waiting to happen.
02The Long Story
WHO SAGOR REALLY IS.
01
OF 06
Sagor sits exactly where strategy meets delivery, and he has made that uncomfortable middle ground his home. He co-founded Octarnal because he was tired of watching good ideas die in the gap between what a client asked for and what actually got built. He is the person who reads a vague brief three times, asks the five questions nobody wanted to ask, and comes back with a scope everyone can finally agree on. Problems do not scare him — he collects them, files them, and works through them one by one until the pile is smaller than it was yesterday.

Off The Clock
SAGOR, UNPLUGGED
“Name the problem out loud and it's already half-solved.”
- Keeps a running list of problems 'for later' that never shrinks.
- Solves his best bugs in the shower.

WHAT THE CREW
SAYS ABOUT SAGOR.
I push the vision; Sagor makes sure it survives contact with reality. I'd be lost without the second half.
He turns a vague brief into a scope so clean you forget how messy it started.
Sagor asks the five questions nobody wanted to ask, and every one of them saves the project.
