UI/UX Designer

We're looking for a detail-obsessed UI/UX Designer who can translate complex product requirements into elegant, accessible, and delightful user experiences. You'll work directly with engineering and product leadership to shape interfaces used by millions of people across fintech, healthcare, and SaaS platforms.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end design for client projects from discovery workshops through high-fidelity prototypes and developer handoff
  • Conduct user research including interviews, usability testing, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions
  • Build and maintain component-based design systems in Figma with proper token architecture, variant logic, and auto-layout
  • Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and micro-interaction specifications
  • Collaborate daily with frontend engineers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and resolve edge cases
  • Present design rationale to clients and internal stakeholders, articulating how decisions map to business objectives
  • Champion accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA) across all design deliverables

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of professional UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design
  • Expert-level proficiency in Figma including auto-layout, components, variables, and prototyping
  • Demonstrated experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
  • Strong understanding of responsive design, interaction design patterns, and platform conventions (iOS HIG, Material Design)
  • Experience conducting user research and translating findings into actionable design improvements
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and React component architecture — enough to collaborate effectively with engineers
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have

  • Experience with motion design tools (After Effects, Lottie, Rive)
  • Background in designing for fintech, healthcare, or enterprise SaaS domains
  • Familiarity with Framer for interactive prototyping and marketing sites
  • Experience with design ops — managing design workflows, review processes, and quality standards at team scale
